Can you get a refund our return?

Unfortunately, as an individual creator, I cannot afford to do so But if you have any questions on your order, please send me an email, and I will get back to ASAP.

When will you receive your order?

For stickers and postcards, all orders will ship via Hong Kong Post Office. Please contact me if you want to have special arrangements before you order. But due to COVID, shipping may be delayed slightly, could take weeks or months to deliver. Because some countries are not allowed to have airmail, please check the latest updates here for more details. Thank you for you patient.
